With the da Vinci Surgical System, Dr. Berlin can operate through just a few small incisions. The da Vinci System features a magnified 3D high-definition vision system and tiny wristed instruments that bend and rotate far greater than the human wrist.

Laparoscopic

Laparoscopic or “minimally invasive” surgery is a specialized technique for performing surgery. In the past, this technique was commonly used for gynecologic surgery and for gall bladder surgery. Over the last 10 years the use of this technique has expanded into intestinal surgery.

Education

We give our patients accurate, comprehensive information they need to make smart choices about their health care. In addition we provide easy-to-understand educational information with visual graphics giving patients the help they need to understand a course of action.

Dr. Berlin was born in Montgomery, AL. He attended Medical School at South Alabama, Emory and Greenville South Carolina. He has been practicing in Montgomery for over 30 years.
